My nieces go here and they love the classes but the recital was absolutely ridiculous. It was not very organized but the worst part is that you are not allowed to take pictures or video of you child during the performance, even if you are not using flash photography. I was trying to take a few pictures of my nieces so they could see how great they were doing but got called out of my seat to they hallway and told I would be removed from the whole show if they saw my phone out again. I personally think for a child's dance recital that was way overkill. So if you are just sending your child for the classes it's great but unless you want to pay $40 for a video that you will barely be able to see your child in, skip the recital.

I had a horrible experience. I called a week earlier to schedule a trial class. Naturally, I called the day of the trial to confirm my appointment. However, when I arrived they were completely disorganized and couldn't find his name in their paperwork. The director had to come out to assist. She was very condescending and rude to her staff . After taking my six year old back to the extremely crowded, undersized gym, I was told by the director, that I was was not allowed to watch. I expressed my desire to watch, especially since it was his first time and they were evaluating him for placement. The director rudely told me it was against policy. She told me "children behave better without their parents." She then felt the need to further explain that if I didn't like this policy, I could take my child and leave! I was then informed that I would be able to take a "peek" from time to time but only for a few seconds. Each time I went to take a "peek", I was barked at and chased away by the director While in the waiting, I was horrified when she publicly shared private information regarding my son. She yelled from across the gym into the waiting room, that she didn't know who or what physical therapist told her that my son had poor upper body strength but they were wrong! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!

Not Impressed...at all

Well, we walked in and were overwhelmed by the sweat smell- more so than any other gym we've ever been to... I think it's a lot to do with the extremely small gym- not enough space to truly train effectively for more than 3 or 4 people at a time. They have all the equipment so crammed together that they have to rotate the teams just to get space to flip . I timed it and my daughter spent 23 minutes standing around waiting on her turn to tumble. So you pay for an hour and stand for 25% of that. The "coaches" are obviouly parents or older siblings because not one "coach" could demonstrate a technique...actually one "coach" tried to do a handstand and fell. If you want a "real" gymnastics studio and are serious about technique- go elsewhere. If you are looking for recreation only to get your kid some exercise- this would be a very expensive alternative to a standard gym membership.

My kids have been taking classes here for years - good supportive environment that focuses on fun & fitness instead of competition.

Have had a couple HORRIBLE experiences at Keep Flipping. Very disappointed. I wouldn't have given them any stars, but it forces you to pick at least one.
