We were customers for close to thirty years. We loved Jeff Tyler’s Dad. He was an excellent plumber and ran the business will great integrity. We have not found this with his son Tyler who now owns it. He sent a plumber several weeks back to fix a drippy tub faucet. I had all of what was needed available. The plumber arrived with the use of only one arm. He had a significant injury after a car accident involving pins and surgery to his arm. I should have passed when he arrived with an assistant but I am a nurse and thought he must have to work. The faucet he fixed leaked worse after the work. He did tell me he had to be careful not to break the pipe. After listening to this leak in our daughters room for weeks because she was recovering from brain surgery and l was sleeping with her I finally reached out to Jupiter Plumbing. Briana Tyler’s girl as he refers to them is icy cold professional but knowledgeable about plumbing. I had to convince her we have been customers for close to 30 years. She said she would speak to Tyler. A week later she called me back and gave me an appointment with him. Our daughter had a postop complication and we had to rush back to Cleveland emergently. I called her and canceled. When we returned I tried to reschedule. This is when it gets bizarre. Monica Tyler’s other scheduler told him I used profanity with her. It was totally not true. Monica insisted on rescheduling me but I wanted to wait for Briana to return because she knew the story. Besides the leaky faucet the one armed plumbers assistant fixed a toilet that after never flushed properly. Tyler called me and in a sick laughing way said he could not have me cussing at his girls. I thought he was kidding because of his laugh. He wasn’t. I never said or used any inappropriate language. You can t defend yourself against something that never happened. Tyler is an individual who does not have any business sense. Since this I have had both problems fixed by another plumber.

Tyler and his crew were amazing. When my piping under my sink exploded I didn't know who to call. I heard Jupiter Plumbing was the best in town so I called immediately.
