I was disappointed with First Class, when I called to schedule an appointment for a tour I was told to stop by anytime during operating hours. When I showed up around 1pm, it was obviously nap time and the 1 (of 2) teachers actually tried giving me a tour...stepping OVER napping children, while speaking loudly to try and show me the classrooms. When I stood in the doorway, making it clear I wouldn't be stepping over children as well then the teacher came back to the main lobby and gave me paperwork and apologized that the majority of the staff was on lunch break. As a parent, I would be furious if anyone stepped over my child's head, especially while giving tours. Would NOT recommend.

I love the daycare they provide and the love and support they show towards first time parents. Diffinitely would recommend this loving institution to anyone.
