Awful. Needed my work pants in the morning, dropped them off the day before. On the website it says they open at 8:30am. On the door it says they open at 9am. I have to be at work at 10am and it's now 9:12am and they still haven't opened their doors. I'm going to be late for work because they didn't want to honor the time they post that they will be open. Completely unacceptable.

After reading the only other review on Alterations by Yen I was terrified to go there But I was in a bind and had been referred to Yen by a local boutique. I am so happy that I took the chance. the work was superb and the price was less than I expected.I highly recommend this business.
