This gym failed to follow through with the agreement to make monthly payments (which would be automatically withdrawn from account). Instead, more than one payment was automatically withdrawn from the account on more than one occasion without notification.



Multiple attempts were made by phone, email, and in person to speak with someone in regards to this matter but no one was able to resolve the issue and no justification was given for why this occurred and/or why a notification was not given. Instead, I was presented with a new membership agreement under the “new ownership” which would included a fee to continue my current gym membership or I would no longer be able to use the facilities for the remainder of my contract.
