Fantastic Service

I like this place because the staff is nice, the service is great, price is fair and most of all they are always fast! I have been taking my vehicles there for several year and always have good experiences.

Do you want to keep your vehicles running? DON'T GO HERE! Went in for simple oil change. Two days later, oil covered the underside of truck, filter wasn't properly installed and was already 3 qts low. I called to tell of mistake and ask that they refund monies for filter andoil I replaced. Rudest people ever!! Wouldn't take a bicycle there

Go to anywhere but here. I have been going there for 4+ years. Not anymore. The older gentleman that must be the new manager is USELESS. For whatever reason he cannot figure out how to use an emergency brake. Last year on a different vehicle he failed to press the emergency brake down enough to engage it. Then blamed it on the brakes, even though they were brand new. When he was informed of this he tried again and claimed that he did not press the pedal down far enough... Passed it and on my way. Recently, on a different vehicle, I own several, he again claimed that the emergency brake did not work. I tested it in my shop before I left to even get it inspected and it was working perfectly. I informed him that the emergency brake worked fine and I explained in some choice adjectives that I was going to take it elsewhere.



I drove to Joshua Tire where I had never been before. They were extremely nice and had my vehicle done in a matter of minutes! Back to work I went, and when all of my vehicles are a tool in my business I will never go back to Valvoline Mountain Valley Lube ever again and I suggest that everyone stays away!

I've been going here since it opened, the people there are always very nice and do a great job. Not to mention that their pricing is as good or better than other place within 20 miles, I wouldn't go anywhere else!
