I've been coming here for over ten years to have my dogs groomed. I have always enjoyed my experiences here. I was a loyal customer to mr and mrs Baccus for several years. She retired and sold the business to one of her employees from what I understand. I'm an old man and I dislike change but I really enjoy the new crew. They really care about your dog, very respectful and polite. I tried petsmart once because I waited too long before calling for an appointment at thanksgiving, that was a disaster, I hated petsmart. I really enjoy canine country. I will remain loyal as long as I am able to get around on my own. I read j.s review on here he or she seems like the type who is never happy because I have referred several friends here because I trust canine country that much. All of my friends love it here too. My schnauzers pups love it here.

After many years of good experience...Well something has gone wrong(well the previous owner did retire). Out of nowhere they now are belligerent rude condescending ...After waiting over an hour 1/2 from when we were told to pick them up we meet a new employee who immediately complains about the dogs, who have never had a complaint from anyone (even them for over 7 years). The dogs are not done correctly at all...but we declined to wait for a correction due to the attitudes and being so over the time already. We will now never go back nor recommend them to anyone. Buyer beware.. These people are full of themselves but are so small and unwilling to do right. They'd rather argue and accuse you of being at fault when you've done nothing but leave dogs to be properly groomed. That's all

I just recently moved here and was in need of a groomer, I simply stumbled accross this grooming shop one day while eating at Subway, after finishing lunch I walked over to Canine Country and asked for a price on having a maltese groomed. After talking to the young owner ( i forgot her name) I made an appointment, a week later I took my dog in which I might add is VERY tempermental, no groomers have been able to groom him well due to his aggresive nature, HOWEVER when I picked him up that afternoon he looked stunning! The employee looked very happy to see me despite the fight he may have gave her, she did mention his strong willed personality against grooming but stated she worked very carefully and paitently with him. Here is the best part, she stayed with the price she quoted!!! I can't say how happy I am with Canine Country and the atmosphere they provide for the animals, I have started to tell all my friends with dogs how great this place is! Thank you again Canine Country!

After calling around to several Groomers today trying to find somewhere open and available to trim my dogs toe nails- I finally reached Canine Country.

I spoke to a young lady who told me it would simply be $7 and that I did not need an appointment just to bring him in today. I sent my husband in to Joshua to have my dogs nails trimmed before the groomer closed at 5:00pm. Unfortunatly at 3:30pm there was no one in the building and the doors were locked. When I called their phone number I heard a voicemail recording stating that they may close early.... would have been nice to know when I called at 12:30pm and spoke with the employee working... Not impressed.

These girls really know their business, excellent with my dog, you can tell Bri really likes animals and loves what she is doing.

My little Jack Russell has the best time when she goes there. She loves all the people there, comes home a beautiful, sweet smelling, dog. They are very compassionate with the dogs. You can tell they really love their jobs. I love Canine Country!!!
