I had great experience with looking for a car . The sales had a great attitude and wanted me to take my time and find something i was comfortable in.

Recently stopped by looking for a replacement vehicle do to an accident. Though I didn't make a purchase I was assisted by Benny the GM, Ben the salesman, & Mike the mechanic. All three guys were great in knowledge & professionalism. Though I did not purchase a vehicle I will refer friends there do to the professionalism and No Pressure demeanor.

I had called in regards to a 2005 Toyota Camry that had only 64k miles on it for my daughter. When I pulled up at the dealership, I was hesitant. It wasn't the flashy, big dealership that I was use to going to. To my surprise, the people were pleasant to work with. Phil, the sales guy was great and I actually enjoyed doing business there. This was a really don't judge the book by it's cover moment for me. The car was in great shape, no check engine lights or anything on. For me, I am done going to the "Big dealerships" where you are there for hours and the back and forth. I was in and out in about 40 minutes. The finance guy, Craig was great and had all my paperwork ready for me within minutes upon my arrival. Thank you guys and my daughter is enjoying her car.

We went to look at this corolla which had a great price. We needed up buying a slightly newer car and are very happy with our purchase. We really liked the salesman, nice to work with and tried to find us what we were looking for within our budget. Was willing to drop the price a little as well. We would highly recommend them. It's a small dealership but we liked that better than some big ones we have experienced.

I am very saddened to write such a derogatory and belittling post. In all of my reviews (which you can check by clicking on my username), I have never given less than a "3' and this will be my first time.



Elite Motors of Joppa MD is one of the most deceptive and conniving used car dealerships I have had the displeasure of stumbling upon. The old adage of "never trust a used car salesman" I had hoped waned by midway through 2015, but that was completely false when dealing with Elite Motors. Please avoid them at all costs; despite their "warranty" which is "unbeatable" and their small house turned car dealership, they are nothing short of a scheming pool of degenerates. I will now attempt to outline my dealings with them, and the number of transgressions that occurred in the process:



I approached them in May of 2015 looking to purchase a car, as it was needed as my car was beginning to fail me and I was now in a financial position to purchase a car. I dealt with a salesman who was actually fired after my sale, and who BOTH of the managers of Elite Motors referred to as a "goofball", "on the wrong side of the fence", and even make the sensitive joke of "riding the shortbus" (which implies making fun of those mentally handicapped). They then agreed to let me test drive the vehicle for 2 days after signing a contract stating so, but when I expressed a small amount of skepticism with some parts of the vehicle (I noticed it was off-color, needed clips, and needed an alignment), they immediately told me I needed to bring the car back. They couldn't even call me for this, they TEXTED me. This was the first violation of the contract.



Despite all of the negatives, I was not in a position to really seek elsewhere and decided to purchase the car due to the ONLY bright spot of this entire ordeal; the interest rate. I was given an

The other reviews on here seem to be extremely old. I took over as General Manager in December of 2014 and every customer is still happy. I'm sorry to those previous customers, but there are no employees from the time periods still remaining on our sales staff.

Worst place to ever buy a car they sold us a car that a/c wasn't working then they said they would fix everything the next day and never did just keep getting the run around from them .... waste of $4,130 ,,, NEVER BUY FROM THEM !!!!

My experience with Elite Motors has really been great. I don't have the best credit, but that didn't matter to them. They treated me with respect as if I was a perfect 800 credit customer. I felt very little pressure when choosing my vehicle and felt really comfortable with the entire experience. Wonderful, family-friendly staff.

I was able to purchase a 2009 Honda Accord at a very reasonable price. I tend to do a lot of planning and research before making a large purchase, and their price was well below the competitors.

I now have a great, problem-free car and because they were able to get me financed, I will be able to improve my credit. I will definitely be a returning customer. A+ customer service and communication. I highly recommend them.

BAIT AND SWITCH!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, CARS ARE JUNK AND HIGHLY OVERPRICED...



I found a vehicle advertised by Elite Motors that I was interested in purchasing (2007 Ford Escape). The online photo showed an all-white truck with fog lights, in excellent condition. I spoke to a salesman over the phone who offered me a "good deal" on the vehicle. I drove an hour and a half to purchase it. Upon arrival I was taken to a completely different vehicle. The make and model was the same but the vehicle was in very poor condition. It had a different color bumper, had dings, dents and scratches all over, rusted and very dirty, poor condition. After asking for an explanation I was first told "I don't know". Another person said the advertising person was just lazy and didn't feel like taking photos of the actual car, so they pulled pictures off of the internet. I drove several vehicles on their lot, all were in very poor condition, noisy motors (obvious major problems) and highly over-priced. Everyone who worked there looked as if they had just rolled out of bed, very sloppy and unprofessional. We were ignored for several minutes upon arrival, I had to seek out the person whom I had spoken to on the phone. This place reeks of SCAM.
