We had a repairman come check our air-conditioning unit. he put to much Freon in it and our unit blew up. Our whole house filled up with smoke. we had to call the fire department out to our house, it was not a pleasant experience. It was cold and rainy out that day. next time I hope they send some one who has the knowledge and the know how to do the repair right.

Great customer service and repair personnel in Pittsburg kansas. Showed up on time and took care of things right away.

Never called to let me know he was coming. They go by book not job, charged $141 to tighten a screw.

Service was quick. Servicer was prompt, patient, and kind! The amount was rough for my pockets at the time, but it was definitely worth it on such a short notice. Will definitely refer Sears for the future!
