The dealership is a joke. They treat their customers like they do not matter. All of the "girls" that work in the clothing section are dumb. They should hire people that actually know what they are talking about to work there, not just those that "look good" in the clothing. The General Manager Eric, is a tool. He is very rude and needs to learn some people skills. Things have changed a lot since it was Cycle Connection, and it is not for the better. I will never go back there. If I want another Harley I will go to Worth Harley Davidson in Kansas City. They are much nicer and have a better selection of bikes.

If you want to by lied to, then to business with hidout HD

I have done business with this dealership since they took over. The management had lied to me on different occasion and I had enough. I ended up going to Worth HD in Kansas City and it was a delight. Remember, there are far better HD dealers in the area than hideout.
