O & S Installations, LLC was established in 2006 from the thought that home improvement should be AFFORDABLE, to all! We are a family-owned and operated company. O & S started out as strictly a "Floor and Tile Installation" company Derrick Gray is the the CEO, President and Installation Manager of O & S Installations, LLC. His flooring experience and knowledge extends more than18 years. Prior to starting the company, Mr. Gray served as Corporate Installation Manager for one of the Southeast largest flooring providers. His responsibilities included overseeing the delivery of materials, scheduling installations and the coordination of numerous flooring and tile projects for elite apartment complexes, high-end subdivisions and commercial properties. Operating a business is multifaceted, but Mr. Gray stresses simplicity. He believes in keeping an open mind to the needs of his clients as well as the contractors working for him. "To know and understand what is going on, you have to be personally involved."
