Easy bail bonds in Clayton county Georgia had some of the most unprofessional people
I've ever dealt with! I, myself am a business owner so customer service is something I pay close attention to. At the beginning of our interaction, I realized the staff handling the inbound calls, lacked empathy, patience and Seemed to have an attitude about the whole situation. (Got arrested out of state, oringally from Oregon , charges were eventually dropped)

When it was time to receive my collateral for the bail bond, the horrible customer service continued! Whenever I would inquire about how the money was to be received , i'd be put on hold or told i'd receive a call back, which I never did. When I attempted to follow up someone told me to "stop calling in about that damn money ". It was like pulling teeth for money I was suppose to get back! Definitely 1 star for this place !!! USE ANOTHER BAILBONDS PLACE !!!!!

WORST COMPANY EVER!!! Their customer service sucks and they have the worst attitudes!!! Reasonable rates?!...LIES!!! They wanted way too much and they are extremely difficult for a simple bond. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! It is making me give a star but i want to give them NO STARS PERIOD!!
