Failed to show up to give estimate 2X and late the 3X. Supposed to send 4 movers, sent 3, the owner stayed at the office to do paperwork. Movers he sent were not experienced. Within 30 Minutes, Dryer had been damaged ,we sent the movers home. I TRIED to work with owner multiple times to resolve damage to the dryer, even contacting the BBB, they had no luck. He only returned one phone call and i never heard from him again. The damage to the dryer is not major all we were asking for was half of repairs. If you are looking for movers - Keep Looking.
