DON"T EVER GO HERE! My sister bought me a beautiful mirror case and spent a fortune having it engraved. However, when I received it, the clasp wouldn't allow the case to remain shut. I took it back to Things Remembered to have it exchanged. I was treated very rude. The woman at the cash register didn't even give me the courtesy of allowing to explain the situation before she interrupted me and directed me somewhere else. The 2nd woman, had the audacity to tell me "...we have no control over our manufacturers...." Huh, I bought it from Things Remembered not the manufacturer. Then the final straw, my sister and I bought a mirrored jewelry box for my mother. When she received it, the engraved plate that was to be mounted in the lid was nearly thrown away because it never was attached. The surprise we had so carefully planned was ruined by Things Remembered. I personally will never be a customer of Things Remembered and I believe my sister is not going to buy there anymore either. Too bad because they have nice things. However, their personnel need training in how to treat and keep customers.
