Part was supposed supposed to be in Saturday it's Monday and it still isn't there. Went in and they didn't even care. One man just walked away to avoid the situation all together. I'll never go back there.

My heater went out last night and I called to get the hours of operation and it said 8:30. It's now 9:40 and no one is here. Its a shame that you could care less about your customers because you know that your really the only place to go for certain parts, then charge outrageous prices. Very unprofessional!!!!!

First time going to this place. I was referred by a friend. I needed a kenmore part for washing machine. The price was literally almost double what sears wants. Now I understand companies need to make money, but with that said sear's price is already marked up. So why such a huge gap? I drive 7 more miles down the street and paid another supplier for the same exact part 30.00 cheaper. Buyers beware!
