Went in and asked for application, store manager gave bunch of excuses and no application, had security go down and get her info. emailed in 2 complaints and got ridiculous automated responses like i had purchased something and was an unsatisfied customer. left message on regional manager's phone number from security...no phone back. Finally get call from mr. rand, told me "she's just an old lady" about manager. I'm 38 with permanent nerve dmg by the way...not dead. was told sorta apology from him and how he is this champion of disabled and sent me a hand written note with an application, i told him what would be done about what happened? nothing...last time i called him over a month ago....still no reply, nothing done about illegal action. A little something called equal opportunity employer? ever heard of it? Will never step foot in ANY hallmark again. have been basically blown off after being kicked will already down.
