Our technician Gene Saxson is very polite, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient in his work. He thoroughly explained what needed to be done to rectify the problem and worked diligently hard all day fixing the problem. The work he did is amazing. Our toilet and tub/shower work great and the plumbing he replaced looks great. Very professional in his work. We will always call for Gene for any plumbing needs and recommend him to all of our family and friends.

Adam, the technician, has been to the house I'm flipping 3 times to solve various issues. Each time he arrived no later than the time he said he would and he came within an hour of my last call. He was excellent in all aspects of the job...courteous, prompt, knowledgeable, and has a sense of humor. I wouldn't hesitate to call him to solve any of my plumbing problems.
