These guys delivered a dishwasher to my home, side swiped my vehicle pulling out and denied the fact they did it. While passenger side of car is scraped up, side mirror busted out. Wouldn’t recommend these guys for anything!

love the service they provided for us. from the phone calls to the time they showed up at my front door they were nothing less than professional. installers were respectful to me and my home and did a fabulous job. everything works great and will be bringing my business back to sears to have TNT install

When I originally purchased my unit, Sears gave me the run around but TNT was able to straighten everything out efficiently and took my worries away. The installer that came out was very nice and was very careful not to damage or bump anything in my home. I am so pleased with the service I had and will be returning to Sears if TNT is the installation company in the future.

Awesome awesome awesome! TNT has been more than helpful with my purchase from Sears. They were able to answer all the questions that Sears couldn't. They made sure that when they left I was completely satisfied. Their office called to schedule the very next day after I purchased and worked around my needs. Bobby and Bob the installers were awesome as well they went above and beyond what they needed to do. A+ service!

I know T N T Appl. Install. as a contract installer for Sears kitchen appliances. An installer came twice to our home for that purpose. Both were personable and skilled in the work they performed. I have no reason not to recommend them.

Had this company install dishwasher in clients home. When washer started there was an over flow because they did not install (fasten) the piping property. This caused a large flood in my unit and over flowed to neighbors and hallway. Still trying to get resolved and its been 6 months. I would not recommend this company for installation or service work

Poorly installed my microwave that is un-leveled and extra holes in my wall and cabinet. They blame my walls and cabinet are not leveled. I previously had this microwave replaced that was installed for 13 years without the door slamming in my head. Sears Repair Protection Agreement and TNT have not fullfilled fixing the problem. I rate this poorly. Check with what company is installing. I don't like TNT installers. They are rough and gruff and quick to blame your house is settling. I have to have the microwave reinstalled by another contractor and pay out of my pocket.
