Have a simple leak around the chimney on my twoe story in Joliet. It's less than 2 miles from their office. Office girl took my message said the estimater was out of town that he would call me back he never did. I happen to stop by their office. office girl still asked me what I wanted after I just asked her why didn't you have him call me. I explained I wanted my roof fixed so the office manager (I'm assuming) took my message and did give it to the estimater. I told her there was some repairs I had to make before he did the repair she made the appointment tentatively for Thursday. Come Thursday there's two fellows outside measuring the house with no knock on the door they were wearing street clothes I had no idea who they were or what they were doing. This un- anounced arrival startled my friend and was rude conduct on thier part. I talked briefly with the lead man about gutters they made a move for the ladder but I don't think they actually went on the roof to check out my main problem. No return call no estimate no good. unprofessional to say the least.

Came out and looked at job, said they would have me an estimate by next day. NEVER heard from them again! Even after I called their office! (no response to my call either!) Very UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
