Very disappointed with this particular store. Very rude and unsympathetic store manager, and not very friendly staff members. Refuse to accept a return on a ring that was purchased 3 weeks ago that is already tarnished. This ring being a replacement ring from one that they took 6 weeks to tell me they wouldn't be fixing. Definitely picking a different jeweler from now on.

Best customer service EVER!!

I couldn't be happier with my experience with the Joliet store. The manager, Leta, What a doll! When there was an issue with my ring (not their fault) She went above & beyond to make sure I was satisfied and the ring was perfect.. Even better than before. I will definitely be returning... With friends! Thank you Leta, I sincerely appreciate all you did!!
