Fixed my sisters cracked iPhone 5s screen, but messed with something else, now it just goes straight to a black screen after the apple logo pops up.

zero customer services.

They charged $25.00 for diagnosis and said let me know it within 2hrs.

No one called me even pass a day.

I went there looking for a iPhone 5 he had one for boost but wanted 200 when boost mobile is selling them brand new for 150 I asked why and he said because I said so never go there needless to say I went to boost and got the new one

They DO NOT KNOW HOW TO REPAIR SCREENS. They were paid $120 to repair a g3 screen. They broke the ribbon did the whole repair wrong and refused to make it right. They lost pieces of the phone and put the screws in the wrong places.

My 5-year old HP laptop is a true workhorse. It finally began to have an issue and I was receiving a hard disk error. Luckily my files and photos were backed up (register with mozy.com if you haven't already, it's a lifesaver) and I turned to Yelp for a reliable computer repair recommendation.



I read the reviews and called the shop. Staff was knowledgeable, helpful and made me feel at ease. My computer was done within 48 hours. They removed my failing hard disk, replaced it with a non-spinning one and my laptop operates super fast, just like a brand new one. Thank you EFIX

Went in during a weekend day afternoon. The guys were very knowledgable & took my phone in right away after my initial call. They told me a time to come in & within an hour my phone was fixed! That part I liked the best!! They have a leather sofa & magazines if u want to wait. They had a steady stream of customers as well which made me more confidant to bring my phone there. 30 day guarentee on parts. Mine was the screen(of course)..so far so good. Hopefully I wont need to return;p

Unlike much of the other reviews I wasn't over charged or forced to wait forever. My pad screen was completely shattered in three spots, none of which bothering my experience too much so I hadn't gone to get it fixed. Eventually I caved and went to get it repaired and I probably shouldn't have. I have an iPad 2. Normally places charge 100-200 to fix the glass. This place charged 125 even. Not bad.



Until I examine my screen closer. There is debris under the glass over the LCD. I'm pretty sure they messed up a small corner of my LCD. And the top of the glass isn't totally on properly. They did a TERRIBLE job and took my charge cable.



Never going there again. I'll sooner fix my own electronics or spend extra and have a proper place do it. I shoulda known better, the store clearly looks like one of the shady electronic places that pop up a lot which is exactly what it is.



My iPad is technically fixed mostly and it's my second day using it. But it's a terrible job. I coulda probably done better.

Do not come here! I brought my broken 2000$ laptop here to see I can get it fixed.The owner said it was unfixable but he seemed very intrested in it.So he traded my broken laptop for a working 200$ laptop.It ended up not working either so i brought it in and never seen it since. Ive called several times to speak with the owner and nothing one time i heard him yell at his employee telling him to hangup. I also went several times i went early before they opened. I was.told he would be there soon. Then once the employee toldbhim over the phone my situation he lied and said he was out of the country. Bottom line dont trust this place.MONEY HUNGRY SCAMMERS!!!

I have spent hundreds of dollars at this establishment over the years getting multiple phones fixed and I considered myself a loyal customer, that was until today, I went in to get my Samsung Galaxy s4 re unlocked because I put new firmware on it and it locked. I was charged 35 dollars the first time for the unlock. I went in today thinking they'd do it for 30 because I was a loyal customer and I just got it done months prior. But no instead they tried to charge me 90 dollars! After I showed them my records of me paying the 35 the first time they then offered to do it for 50! I told them right where to shove that offer and I warn anyone please do not go to these people they are boarder line criminals. Just more Joliet scum.

This place is HORRIBLE. Do not bring anything to them to fix. I needed a simple screen repair and they fried the motherboard on my ipod, then refused to give a refund, then didn't even fix the screen properly. Worst customer service!!!!

Dropped off an iPad at this so called business months ago for repair and have not seen it since. Whether is has been lost or stolen I do not know. Customer service is non existent. No one seems to know anything and no one will call you back. Do not leave your device with these criminals under any circumstances! You have been warned!

A joke of a business. Tells you one price then says well we sold the business now its more. No you bought the debt when you bought the business. Wait for hours because every transaction has to cleared with the owner. The worst store ever.

had to write a review about this place was amazed at how fast I got my phone screen fixed took them 25mins I Defenitley recommend this place and ask for Erik thats the tech that fixed my phone hes great super friendly too
