We've been taking our cars to them for over 10 years. They are very professional, don't rip you off, and do a great job. When something goes wrong they fix it quickly. They also explain what is wrong with the car so you can understand, even when you're not knowledgeable with cars.
Even when my dad was alive he liked them and since he passed, we rely on them still when it comes to car issues. I would recommend them to anyone. The bad reviews are smoking something, cause what they're claiming is 100% wrong.

These guys know what they are doing and get it done! I don't write reviews but these guys at William Penn Auto have helped me several times. Once to address a coolant leak and a few months later with a fan clutch. I don't know what these people are talking about but it seems to be fake reviews. They were very accommodating to my schedule. And a reasonable rates.

WORST GARAGE IN JOHNSTOWN!!!!!!!!! THE OWNER IS A PERVETED PIG!!!! PLEASE DO NOT TAKE UR YOUNG DAUGHTERS IN THERE! THE WORK HE DID TO MY CAR WAS A JOKE!!!! 1/2 WAS A LIE. NONE OF THE WORK WAS COMPLETED BASICALLY I PAID FOR OLD PARTS THAT WERE PRICED AS NEW AND LIED TO ABOUT WHAT MY CAR NEEDED. I BASICALLY PAID 560.00 FOR BRAKES!!! THIS GUYS A CON ARTIST

I had them do a job for me 1000 dollar job did have to work charge me for all of it instead of putting new stuff on it wasn't junkyard old parts off and put on my carbought everything I needed to do and still nothing was done right I bought all new wheel bearings they went down pool house off of cars and put on charge me for new wheel bearings brand new rack and pinion on I bought the rack brand new it leaked the day after I got it back so it makes me wonder if they even put the new one onspecial teams will bearings in the rear end never did rear end bearing blew out no cost me a new one4 wheel drive is best does worse now than one that won anything please 21 and it worked now it don't work at all charge me for a front desk which is messed up worse than the one that I had so please say just be careful on what you have them do so somebody else don't get ripped off like I did
