They took on a task that they didn't know how to do. They mislead me on the estimate. In the process of doing the job they screwup everything. I had a carpenter come out to finish the job and stated everything was not up to standard. The damage caused by Rooter-Man cost me an extraordinary expense. After a claimed was filed against them they told lies and falsehood. "Do Not" let these people in your home to fix anything, plus they're are biased against minorities.
