Watch the lazy pricks take one bag out the barrel and leave the rest every week for 3 weeks now. Mind you I only had it for 3 weeks. 4th week never showed up I have cameras that watch the road and the trash area I put my barrels on street they never showed up but said they did. I called to ask why I was givin a severe attitude and told that they are still in my city and they will come get it the driver lied and said he came never did have videos to prove it that call was placed at 12 noon it's now 9pm trash is still there and on the second week the trash helper who gets out and empties the barrel in the back of the dump truck spit in my brand new cars windshield have a video to prove that as well. Also the helpers stare me down with dirty looks while I was seeding my lawn like I did something wrong or my fault they work for the trash also I have not had service for a month and they tried telling me about a price raise. Not happening worst company to deal with I pay my Bill's early and should not have to feel threatened or intimidated by there thug employees save your self the hassle and head ache and look for another dump disposal. You can tell they dont do there job when there dump truck drivers pick up a dead body and not even know

Today they picked up the trash in my area and I had 1 trash can and my next door neighbor had one. When I got home today one of their trucks just got there to pick up our trash. There are 6 people that drop off their trash at the same area which is on Winsor Ave in Johnston. They picked up the loose bags but didn't pick up trash from my trash can or my next door neighbors. I was near the area and was going to pick up my trash can so I watched and waited. They never took the trash from our trash cans, they just ignored it. This is the second time in a month that they ignored my trash. I had to lug it back home to hold on to it for another week. Why didn't they pick it up? I never had a problem with it before.

Should be a negative star damaged my property, admitted it acted nice told me not to worry, still have not fixed it or put in a claim. Now I have to go to small claims court

Prices are generally fair, but they apparently prefer you to take your repeat business to another rollaway dumpster firm. They give you 14 days with your dumpster for a flat fee, up to a certain tonnage (depending on the size of the dumpster you order), then $5 thereafter until you have it picked up.



On day 12 of my 14 days I asked them to pick up because it was full and mentioned a contractor told me some hauling companies actually offer a discount if you rent their dumpster, have it emptied, and then return it to fill again.



When I called, I mentioned this to the woman who answered the phone and she asked rather incredulously "Who told you THAT?!?" then when I explained that we unexpectedly filled the dumpster and needed it emptied, she informed me i should have ordered the 30yd "that's why we always tell our customers to order the 30yd." I told her that a.) hindsight is 20-20 and had I known at the time that I would need a bigger dumpster I would have ordered the bigger one, and b.) NO ONE recommended I get the 30yd when I called to place my order. I ordered the 20yd b/c their website purports that "80% of their customer order that size".



She disregarded that information and told me several times during the conversation that they have very competitive prices so they don't discount dumpster redeliveries for customers, however she would "work with me" and give me a week free if I had the dumpster emptied and redelivered.



I said wait, what?? Turns out if you would like them to empty the dumpster and redeliver, they charge you the same initial fee for the dumpster as they do when you placed your original order for __yd sized dumpster for 14 days...only the redelivery uses your original 14 day window. So for me, I had 2 days left in my 14 days, then every day I had the redelivered dumpster after that would be a $5/day surcharge...but they would give me another week free.



So, I paid $335 for a 20yd for 14 days, then would have to pay ANOTHER $335 but only get 9 days (assuming they took the full one and redelivered the same day) out of it...and that's out of the goodness of their hearts. Otherwise, it would be $335 for 2 days and $5/day thereafter.



I said thanks, but no thanks - just haul the full one away. The lady at Patriot seemed indifferent to my response. Why would I want to pay the same amount but get less for my $$ as a repeat customer? Doesn't make any sense from a business standpoint. Since I need another dumpster, it isn't a big deal to just call a different company to get the same sized dumpster instead and get the full advertised period of time with it....
