Frank’s Rentals was incredible! A few months ago I ordered a bouncy, tent, tables and chairs and linens for a family event- the woman offered me some fun games to use as well!!! Great prices and great experience! Wish I could give them 10 stars! As soon as I can order again I will :)

Frank’s was outstanding! We ordered tables, chairs, a tent and a slide for my daughter’s party. Alyssa helped us find the best deal and even upgraded us! Their prices are he best of any place I’ve looked both in CT and RI.. highly recommend ! Book in advance they book up fast!

Lori is the sweetest woman ! Every year I've rented from this local business for my Memorial Day, Fourth of July and summer parties- this year we used Franks Rentals for a school function- wow!! The kids were so happy and they even let us keep the bouncies and cotton candy machine for three hours before and after the event. We love franks!

Decided to go here off of a recommendation from my buddy - did not disappoint- ppl were kind and offered great assistance. Rented for my annual family party - waterslide lava was a hit, and the angry birds game and the dunk tank. Popcorn machine and cotton candy and drink machines were awesome - new lifetime customer!

I am not one to ever write reviews but this company is awesome....my wife and I rent a waterslide every year for my annual party and like always it's the life of the party... They have killer discounts and great service thanks franks

Wish I could give this place a zero. This company is horrible. The owners are rude and assume no responsibility for renting you filthy, non-functioning equipment. Do not rent a cotton candy machine from them. By the owner's own admission they never clean them because "water should never touch that." Too bad I googled the machine, found an online owner's manual and low and behold instructions on how to clean it with hot soapy water were there! When confronted with this fact the owner then conceded it can be cleaned but you have to take it all apart and he's "not about to do that." This place is unsanitary and will someday make a bunch of kids really sick with their disgusting equipment - that is if you can get it to work and actually make cotton candy. The owner's were rude to me despite the fact I never once raised my voice and remained calm. They were trying to pick a fight with me and I wasn't going to give them the satisfaction. They are very unprofessional!

Terrible and will never use again. Originally was to get the slide Friday afternoon but requested Saturday morning, which they were more than happy about. Was told the slide for the surprise party would arrive by 10am Saturday (party started at noon)...slide didn't arrive until 2:30pm and it was the WRONG SLIDE. Called numerous times after set up but they never answered and never called back OR responded to email. Even worse, was quoted $425 for the weekend and they ended up charging my card $584. Very disappointing

Frank's Rentals was extremely accomodating to me and my family. The prices are very fair and the customer service was wonderful! I would definitely reccommend this business to anyone looking to rent quality materials!!!

I rented several inflatables for a fundraising event in July. Frank's Rentals was extremely generous to our cause. The staff were so friendly and efficient. We are so thankful to have found this rental store. I will always return to Frank's for my rentals needs.
