I just got off the phone with ashley and she has already helped me out alot. Im going friday and getting my insurance and she is helping me get my lisence back I dont know what that other review is talking about soap operas or w/e .. some people just like to make other people look bad. West moreland is the place to go they are extremely helpful.

They have ALWAYS been so helpful each time we've been in the office. Ashley has always been nice and Jason, can not beat him as an agent!!!

If you are looking for a great insurance company and cheap insurance this is the place to go they helped me get my license back and gave me a great deal on my insurance. I have a non owners policy. everyone ther3e is really nice. Jimmy westmoreland and Ashley at the front desk are just the sweetest people.

I tried to talk to the owner and the person at the front desk was rude hateful and not concered that I had a problem. She was more concerned with her soaps on a big screen television. I thought this was a Insurance office not her living room! I am going to look for new car and home owners ins because of this they will not or just plain refuse to help me in a claim I did close to 2 months ago. The owners will not even return your phone calls or she is so involved in her soaps she does not take or gfive them messages if I could i would rate them a -10 for poor service!!!!!
