I have been going to JC Male for the past 3 years and can say hands down it is the best barber shop in Johnson City and the best barber shop I have been to in my life. Sadly, I will be moving away in less than a year and it will be near impossible to find a replacement of the same caliber.

The barbers here really enjoy their craft and are always on the cutting edge of technique and style. I personally go to Kenny but I have been cut by Chase as well and have observed other high quality cuts come from the other guys as well.

What I really appreciate is how they take their time to make sure everything is perfect and exactly how you want. I will say the walk-in wait time can get a little long but that is because of their popularity. However, they recently moved to downtown Johnson City and have expanded their staff so the wait should decrease but the quality will never go down.

I took my 15 year old son for a back to school haircut and he received the worst haircut of his life! The only hair he has left is on top and it isn't even. How can the description of short on the sides, longer on top, and blend it in go so wrong? This mother is heartbroken......

Great Barbershop! They even do hot shaves and they take a lot of pride in their work. It was a good experience and my son and I will be going back.
