Service was fine, employees were great. Beware they will charge you double the price of other companies. Getting a refund was a hassle !!

this company is extremely crooked and I regret the day I ever contacted them! They say free installation and immediately charge you before one week is finished then charge you the installation fee. Do Not do business with them!

The only reason I gave them one star is because I could not give them a zero. Extremely rude office staff exhibits a total lack of concern for customer service. It has been months since I cancelled my service with them and went with a different company and yet they still have not retrieved their tank. The person I talked to (several times) at the Johnson City office was actually hostile and told me that "it was ok to tear up my yard" when retrieving the tank. If only! Grass grows back. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!
