The owner is a hot headed punk who is gone for weeks then comes through on roid rages and will threaten people’s jobs, cut their pay, yell at customers, and fire people who have been reliable workers for years yet keeps drivers that have trash filled to the brim in their cars (included in pictures)

Ordered from them several times from my address, now suddenly they refuse to deliver to my area. High fees. You'll pay at least $18 over food cost after all fees.

I have used double time dilevery often this past year, about four or five times. Never had a problem till the Last time I ordered, 9-9-2017. I ordered chinesse, low mein and chicken fried rice. I am not sure who was at fault, I received my rice but received rice and some kind of shrimp soup. Not sure if there were two orders from the same resturant or the resturant got the order wrong. Everybody deserves one mess up. The drivers have always been friendly and nice. Will try agsin just to make sure if the mess up was just a fluke.

They are sketchy and shady. They do things that are just rude. They don't respect their workers, all they care about is the money, and I've never personally heard the owner "Matt" cuss customers out before. He treats his employees like they are worthless, and that's when you actually do see his face around, cause sometimes you won't see him for days, yet till prompts about how well he runs his business. $5.00 a delivery plus tip, so when taxes come you do 1099, which is a lazy way for you to avoid taxes and not have to worry about giving your employees any insurance or health care! If you make more then $5,000, I bet you'll owe taxes back! This is not a trustworthy business, people! Be careful!!

I have ordered from Double Time Delivery many times. I have never been disappointed in their service. My food always arrives on time, is always hot, and is delivered by very nice people. I cannot think of any negative comments. Way to go Double Time!!!

Very disappointed in double time delivery. Place an order with them and the item I selected is what I got. I called them to get it fixed, asked them to correct it and I'll pay for the food as long as they waived the delivery charge. They refused and then told me that I couldn't order from them again. This company is rude, don't use them ever the owner called me and was rude and said it was my fault and that her web site couldn't have messed up. DON'T USE DOUBLE TIME.

Very disappointed due to false advertising. There is no place on the site or Facebook page that says how far delivery is. Due to the fact that we are 2 miles off of a road that they "supposedly" deliver to (based on what the person on the phone stated), we can not use the service; however, the site does state, "The delivery fee is $5.00 plus tax. Areas further from JC will be charged $6.00 plus tax." Just what areas "FURTHER FROM JC" are included? We live 5 mins from the city limits. I had already planned to tip extra due to the weather, but, instead, I can not recommend Double Time Delivery. :-(

As an ex driver the owner "Matt" would not give me my check, said he would mail it. I spent 30 dollars in gas and he only pays 4.50 for every delivery. This guy doe not take taxes out so you have to do it for yourself. If you mess up, he will not pay for you to correct the mistake. The whole business is shady and they rob people of their money by charing them 5.00 for every delivery. Stay away from this service.
