The owner of casteel roofing is my baseball couch and were called Mustangs NOT SMU

I called out Frank Casteel and his team of roofers after the storm came through that blew off the shingles of my house and created a huge leak. I called the 24 hour emergency number and they quickly came out that evening and tarped my house to prevent further leaking at 9pm!! I then spoke to Sonja the office manager, who was very sweet and knowledgeable. Once the crew came out to the house the next day they got right to work, and were very courteous and worked extremely fast and clean for roofers. The lead man on the job explained the process to me and as always available if I had any questions or concerns. That said, the work area was extremely clean, no shingles or debris in my flower beds and upon completion of the job they left my property looking as good or better than they found it. Plus a Brand New Roof! Thank you Casteel Roofing, you really made a terrible situation a breeze to deal with, from quick emergency service to scheduling and completing the roof and helping me to determine which material whould create the best curb appeal to use for my most expensive investment - MY HOUSE! After it was all done my house and property looked better than it did pre-storm!Thank You Casteel Roofing & Sheet Metal.
