I've visited the Alpine store in Johnson City and Banner Elk on several occasions and have always had excellent service. Most of the staff members are eager to help and those that have been working for a few years seem to be well trained and know which product will be best for me. It's nice to go into a store and find people that use the products that they sell. On my last visit to Johnson City, I was looking for a Spyder Jacket that they did not have in stock. They called the company and had it there in a week! I was able to try on a similar style so there was no question about the correct size. And, nice relaxed, no pressure atmosphere.

The service I recieved from Alpine Ski Center was the best! I have been going skiing for years in the Appalachians and tried many different ski stores. Then this past year I went to Alpine and I am hooked. Never have I been treated so nicely, and their sales staff and rental staff were so willing to help me with whatever I needed. Thank you Alpine, you made my trip this year so nice!
