We went there to get the personal accident report you have to send to Nashville after a wreck filled out. There was a guy at one desk and a lady the guy said was his wife and didn’t work there. Went in at around 2pm the guy said he he has to leave in 10 minutes he had plans and had to leave. So I thought he had 10 minutes and that was plenty of time but when I said I had to go to the car to get the accident report I forgot to bring in he said you can fill it out it’s common sense questions. I said I always have the insurance fill it out he said I’m trying to be professional hinting he wanted to leave. Being professional would be not running customers off and finishing his job then going to lunch or wherever. So I ask if he could pull up the information on his computer instead of me going to the car. He said no so I said I could call the claims department and get the info he said if it takes longer than 10 minutes he doesn’t have time. Very disappointing that this office would conduct business like this. I’ve delt with the woman in this office before and she was nice this is the first time I’ve ever delt with him and I’ll switch insurance before I conduct business with him again. If he doesn’t want to conduct business with consumers then lock the door so they don’t come in.
