This place is horrible. I could describe each time that I went in and how they never helped me with the simplest tasks, such as signing me up for basic cable and internet and having it work, but the bottom line here is that I am on attempt number 5 of getting this resolved and am still not there...the closest ive come to having basic cable and internet is having these dinky little boxes just so that I can have basic cable, yet it still doesn't work. The internet now works but the cable needs remotes with these little boxes to make them work. The person in the office forgot to give them to me. What ever happened to having a cable from your wall go into your TV to give you basic cable? Its like telling me that I can't listen to the radio without a flux capacitor. I waited on hold on the phone from 8:46-10:00pm (I know because I was using my cellphone and saw the time of duration) and only got an answer from an automated message saying that they were closed and I should call back in the morning....here is my problem with that: I work from 8am-8pm and don't have time to sit on the phone only to be shuffled from one department to the next, whether im nice and curdious or stern and asking for supervisors. Bottomline number 2 - This place has the worst customer service of any place Ive ever seen in my life. Im talking out of the worst restaurant customer service (where someone told me to go *uck myself for telling them to hurry up because I wanted to make it to a movie on time) or to my heating and air guy who came to my house drunk at 8:30am only to shock himself and fall off of his ladder and had to be medvaced to the hospital. I wouldn't even mind if the comcast reps told me to go *uck myself as long as they did their damn jobs and got my cable and internet working. This business may have changed since the 80's, but the way I see it is if I can't even get basic cable to work without talking to 20 people and waiting 2 weeks, what is the point?
