Provided by YP.comHorrible customer service. UPS should be aware! It took approx 5 minutes for them to get off their chair only to be very disgruntled employees. Bad negative attitudes especially towards white people. I witnessed this while in this store in which I left.

Provided by YP.comVery poor customer service and overpriced. I had them fax my school financial records. Service person keyed the wrong numbers and faxed my identity info to the wrong fax. His response was sorry that will be 3.72 with a smile. Do not use them as this has got to be the worst type of service a person can get. Callous, non service oriented and overpriced.
