Great staff! My dog has a bit of a complicated diet that she has to be fed 3x a day along with supplements, and they didn't even blink when I rolled in with a wagon full of jugs of water and a cooler full,lol! My dog is always excited to go to Moonshadow

We learned about Moonshadow Kennel through our neighbors when we moved to the Charleston area 18 months ago. We have two rescues, one has some issues from being abused as a puppy. We were a little nervous to board/take to day care not knowing what kind of behavior he would have towards strangers. Before we took them to Moonshadow, we had a tour of the facility, which PJ, the owner was very happy to do. We were very open with PJ about our dogs behavioral issues, and he was more than happy to have both of our dogs come in. The staff was patient, loving, and knowledgeable, and earned our abused dog's trust, (along with ours) which was monumental. We feel that Moonshadow Kennel is by far the best boarding facility we have ever used over several years.

We've been using Moonshadow Kennels since 1992 with our beloved Airdale and now an Irish terrier and 2 cats. We've always been pleased with the service, and it is out in the country, so lots of running room. They are reasonable by Charleston standards, don't charge extra for "daycare", and are very clean and friendly. Our dogs love to watch the goat next door. I highly recommend them.
