Don't Expect to Get Your Mower Back Quickly

I dropped off my mower to these people over two weeks ago. Yesterday I called them to ask if it was fixed yet. They told me it would be ready for pick up at 3pm. I arrived shortly after 3, and they informed me that they had just called my house and left a message telling me they had ordered the wrong cable and would be ordering the correct one first thing this morning. I left them my cell phone number as my primary contact number, but it never rang. I wonder why they called my house and only my house?



There was no apology involved. These people will never see me again after this ordeal. I've had a transmission in a front-wheel-drive car replaced in less than a day. How long does it take to replace a cable, replace a blade, and do a regular old tune-up on a walk-behind lawn mower? Incompetency reigns supreme with the pot-heads working at Carolina Garden and Turf!



*UPDATE*

It took these jokers just over three weeks to get my mower fixed. I won't be back. I'll try Drigger's the next time I need repairs.
