I live in Bethesda and bought a Fakro brand attic ladder from this company back on Friday and it showed up today on a delivery truck! My husband was thrilled as the boxes n ornaments plus tree from Christmas finally have a way to get into the attic other than using a normal ladder! Better prices than home depot, 5 stars, would recommend to everyone!

I ordered a pump jack scaffolding package from this company about 2 weeks back. I live in Boston so I figured it would take quite some time to show up, freighting something like this must take a few weeks. I was blown away by how quick it showed up, I placed the order on Saturday and it showed up that Thursday delivered on their own truck. The driver helped me unload and everything.



Not only did they have the best prices on the pump scaffold, but the delivery was free, there was no tax and it showed up insanely quick. I would recommend this company to all contractors, and will go through them for other products in the future. 5 stars

Shipped my ladder from the Jessup, MD warehouse the day I ordered it. Package was double wrapped and provided great protection from UPS drivers. Folding ladder works like a charme. I would reccomend the Werner Multi Ladder to anyone..

On August 4th, 2010 I ordered a Werner ladder and three accessories. I received the Ladder and on of the accessories but am still waiting for the final two. I've only been allowed to work through this issue with the individual in their California branch who originally shipped the order. He claimed that the one accessory that I did receive had the two missing items taped to it. I did find excess tape on the one accessory received. They must have become separated in shipping. He promised to resend the missing items and several phone calls later I was still waiting. In frustration I told him to give me a credit to my charge card. After two more weeks this has not happened either. It would appear that if you have an issue with this company they do not have a way to hold their shipping people accountable for their mistakes......They also have many branches and give you run arround, so I'm still waiting.
