Today I brought in an orange slip to pick up a package with signature confirmation. They do not know where it is. This is the 2nd time in one month that this has happened. I asked to speak with a supervisor and waited 20 minutes to talk to Ms. Roe or something similar. She was talking over me and I could tell she did not care that they could not find it. She took my number and said she would call when they found it, this was at 7:30 am and it is now 5:00 pm. No call. I have also had boxes delivered and left in my building, which have been stolen, even with a note on mailbox stating DO NOT LEAVE packages! I am disgusted at the disrespect they show their customers and the unprofessional attitude of the supervisor at this Jersey Heights post office. Unfortunately, I live here so I must deal with them.
