I was dragged in a civil case by a complainant who was attempting to extort money from me in the guise of settlement through false allegations and concoctions, but with the adroit, strategic and methodical handling by Joel Silberman of my side of the story, complainant and his lawyers eventually dropped me from the case empty handed. Joel is a superb lawyer.

I was charged with a criminal offense, so I hired Attorney Joel Silberman to help me. I immediately felt comfortable after my first meeting and was treated with respect. He was prompt in returning phone calls, texts and emails. His hard work dismissed all my charges. Thanks a lot!!

There is no nice way to put this: Worst experience EVER. Mr. Silberman was ice cold, unfriendly, condescending and did as little as possible to earn his flat rate. Now I understand why good attorneys charge per hour. They WORK for their money. Clearly the flat rate equals: lazy. He was very concerned about making a conference call appointment after our hearing and constantly looked at his watch and cell phone while the opposing attorney raked me over the coals, even though I was the victim. The criminal in this case walked away scott-free, head held high as his lawyer was simply better. What a waste of time and money. I highly regret hiring this attorney. I should have known better when I walked into their office and saw how old and dirty it was. It needs renovating badly. Bad sign. My fault. Avoid at all costs!
