I usually don't write reviews, but SERVPRO stood out and deserve to be given a high praise. After my home was flooded, SERVPRO team was promptly on the spot! They proceeded to work long days over the following week to get our home dried out. The team was professional, courteous, and helped us understand what was going to happen next. Well-done!

What a wonderful group of people who are focused on getting our home dried out, gutted, mold free, and restored back to its previous condition. Thank you Servpro, for your quick response, calmness, and continued patience in helping us when we were distraught with how to get it all done.

After trying all the sprays I could find at the pet store, nothing worked to remove the scent of a skunk... I called SERVPRO and they came out promptly and cleaned our carpet! I highly recommend them.

When I contact SERVPRO I knew I wasn't contacting the cheapest mold remediation company, but I knew I chose the most well-informed, qualified and professional.



I called them because a few days I had a water damage and I wanted to know if anything was growing underneath it. During the inspection process the guy was to clear and told me all the step to follow. In a couple hours he was working and after a couple of cleaning process my apartment look and smell like new. Really excellent service. Very professional, cordial, nice and pleasant to work with :)

I had some smoke damages at home and my insurance company recommend me to contact ServPro, which I did. Their prices are fair and they are professionals and so honest. Greatly satisfied!

I have just had the BEST experience with this company! It was midnight when I had a flood problem at my house basement. We called SERVPRO of the Treasure Coast and they came out 15 minutes later to help me with my flooded basement. They were very professional and took care of the insurance claim, adjuster, and I didn't have to do a thing.

Since I bought my actual house I had an issue with the water filtration, my walls were destroyed, and the smell was getting worse, my friend Sam recommended me Servpro, and I'm glad I contacted them, now my problem is solved and my house smells good again.

These guys did a great job solving my house´s mold problem, we were haven this issue from a couple of months ago and they solved it really quick. They really do a great job.

We have water damage thanks to a broken water heater. When we called ServPro to come out they were helpful and detailed...at first. After finding out we were renters the detailed information we were promised went away as did the level of service. The manager came out and took the techs to the side (not sure what was said) and they then started to rush and end the whole careful and caring process. The workers started to rush and they even left water behind AND placed an item that was not damaged in that water, making it damaged.



The manager told my wife and I that he would give our landlord a quote for damage and then when pressed on the phone with the franchise owner he lied and said he never said that. The OWNER actually YELLED at me on the phone saying he can't work on a home without authorization. I tried to tell him that he can't get that authorization if nobody talks to the landlord (supposed to be done on Tuesday, it is now Thursday) and he continued to yell so much that I literally could not understand what he was saying. I’ve never been treated so rudely in my life!



They said they didn't have landlord’s info (we provided it to BOTH the techs and the manager) but no one called us to ask for it. Now there is mold and we will likely be forced to move. All and all we were promised...a detailed list of content damage, copies of all photos taken, fans to be used, all water gone when the techs left, a quote sent to the landlord, and for the experience to be as though "It Never Happened." NONE of this was followed through with and I would have been better off doing the cleanup on my own. VERY disappointed and honestly it is more like they “Never Even Showed Up.”

Our restaurant was recently flooded due to the heavy rains. Servpro immediately showed up after a few minutes. They did such a great job at taking out all of the water and restoring some of the floor that was damaged. I highly recommend them. They provide great services and have a great team.

Servpro is great when it comes to water or fire damage. They have an excellent team which provides great service.
