Good price but the absolute worst experience with a company I've ever had. They pass all blame for anything on their installer who they're not responsible for because he's contracted out. Very defensive when I told them my problem with my floor (even though I never said they were responsible) and came off as very rude. I would pay double before having to put up with them again.

Good products and upfront service. Installation is lacking on quality and service after the sale or for smaller projects is difficult to secure.
