We had a great experience with this location. When we picked up te car, the two fellows at the counter were very professional. They mentioned the insurance coverage offered through Enterprise, but weren't pushy about it. They had three cars to choose from within our class and let us get in each of them, which let us determine which seats would be easiest on our backs for our long drive. They offered us bottled water several times.



We had reserved the car online and someone from the location called the night before to confirm the reservation and when we'd arrive, which was when the office would open in the morning. They were ready for us and we were there at 8 AM and out within 15 minutes. After we chose a car and signed the papers, they showed us the important controls before we headed out.



It looked like the car had been in service for about eight months, but still was in good condition and drove great. However the dash was smudged quite a bit, the center console was dirty and had its share of dings, the windshield had a thick haze that we stopped to clean, and the gas tank was practically empty. The car might have been turned in late the night before, but it shouldn't have taken long to make this car more presentable. That said, they told us not to worry about having gas in it when we returned it, which was one less thing to do.



We had the car for eight days and dropped it off car late on a Saturday night. The after-hours key drop was much appreciated and a deciding factor between Enterprise and other companies. It was nice that they called Monday morning to ensure everything went fine. We were billed exactly the amount we expected.



Overall we are very satisfied with our experience with this location and won't hesitate to go to them again.
