The salon itself is nice. Staff on the otherhand are SLOW! I've never waited this long to tan anywhere. There will be five people at the counter standing doing nothing and one helping everyone else. Usually at least five people waiting in the lobby. Then they take a half hour to try and sell you a package when you are just trying to get in and out. Time is money. They need to speed it up.
