I am obsessed with the exposed brick wall that adds rustic charm in the stairwell of the townhome. It has a ton of space and the interior is updated. I would highly recommend Mayfair on cost, and location. This area is being developed and heavily invested in, which will make it a hugely desired area to live in.

The ladies in the office have been there for a very long time and have a great understanding of what renter's need. They are well prepared to be helpful and informative. They also go beyond what I am guessing is their typical job responsibilities to make sure that their guests are comfortable and taken care of. We love how secure it feels and that it is in the heart of Jeff (they're really building up and improving the surrounding areas which make this a valuable place to rent).

The bushes look great and thank you again for my new patio door. I appreciate you all being on top of things! The new paint makes it look bright around here! The location is great for my work at Clark Memorial Hospital about 10 minutes away.

I'm impressed by how pleasant everyone has been! They have great customer service and I would recommend them.

I can tell now that this was the best decision out of my options in this area. I loved being able to see my exact options available and cleaned and ready.. not some that would be "like" what I could have. Seeing is believing. Good choice.
