Dustin White works for the Public Defender's Office. If he is assigned your case, DO NOT let him handle it. He appears to be very aggravated that he has to lower himself to defend people lesser than him and does not spend 2 minutes on the case. Seriously. The man has an attitude and it is not in favor of his client. Not sure how he is with his private practice but as a matter of course, I wouldn't recommend him.
