There was a time when the average person could go to Clark county auto auction and have a fair chance at getting a deal on a level playing field. You had to bid against the dealers but you did have a chance. Now you cannot. Now the average person gets to pick from the junk and the dealers get best of the lot. There is always the buy now list, if you want the picked over junk nobody wants. Thanks Clark County Auto for remembering the little guy. Thanks lot.

I have gone to Clark Co Auction and when we bid on the vehicle we wanted we won the bid. When leaving the auction we wanted to make sure how it worked and we asked one of the employees at the counter how the process worked and she told us that the seller had to 2:00 pm the following day to accept the offer and if WE DID NOT HEAR FROM THEM BY 2:00 PM THE FOLLOWING DAY THEN THE SELLER DID NOT ACCEPT THE OFFER. So on the following day we never heard anything so we assumed seller DID NOT accept the offer. When we go to collect our 400.00 we get told that the offer was accepted and why havent we contacted them about purchasing the car. I proceeded to tell Stephanie (office manager) what we were told and she said that we had to talk to Rhonda about getting our 400 dollars back. I call Rhonda the following work day and told her what happened but she already new what was going on from Stephanie. So Rhonda proceeds to tell me that she has to talk to the manager but she was in a meeting and as soon as she spoke with her she would call me back. Well , I never got a returned call from Rhonda cause when I called Rhonda back she had already left for the day. But the girl that answered the phone said she would transfer me to the manager.. Guess who the manager is ? Stephanie you know the girl we originally spoke with that said we had to talk to Rhonda but then Rhonda said she had to talk to the office Manager which ended up being Stephanie.. Oh and when I spoke with Stephanie for the second time she had the audacity to say to me that I was not telling her the same story that I had already told her. When she and Rhonda were the ones lying about who we had to talk to etc.. I WOULD NEVER EVER REFER ANYONE TO GO TO THIS PLACE. THEY DO NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR MISTAKES. Don't bother to try and make it right. all they care about is getting and keeping all the money they can possibly get.. I would think twice before i went and bought a vehicle from these RATS. The star rating i gave them is because i had to to post this message. But I would never give them even a 1 star rating

I have never bought a car from an auction before, but Clark County Auto Auction impressed me at all. It was Very Easy to access and I paid like half of blue book. Didn't need a member or anything, they were really good! Plus they have a ton of cars. After them i found Repokar car auction and i would say i like the way to make deals with Auto Auctions!
