Customer service from Lynn Schulthesis is horrible. She is rude, rushes you off the phone, doesn't pay attention to orders and is very unhelpful and conniving when she makes a mistake. She tried to make it everyone else's fault and I hate that I have ever had to work with this woman. I do not wish her on anyone.
