SELLING ME A CRAP CAR WITH PROMISES OF ROAD SIDE ASSISTANCE AND WARRANTY ON THE ENGINE. COMPLETELY A SCAM!



I had the car less than one day and it caught on fire after the rod blew a 5" hole in the block. And from the moment he handed me the keys THE CAR WAS A PROBLEM. DIED WHILE DRIVING IT ON HWY. WOULDNT START EASILY WITHOUT LOTS OF REPEATED TRYING & PRAYING. PARKING!BRAKE WAS BROKEN. CAR ROLLED DOWN A HILL AT A GAS STATION. BLEW UP EVEN AFTER REFILLING THE OIL WTH 4 QUARTS IN STILL HALF THE DAY. ALL KINDS OF MALFUNCTIONS IN LIGHTING AND DASH. JUST CRAPPED OUT AS SOON AS I TURNED THE KEY WITHOUT HIM AROUND.



HE IGNORED MY CALLS AND TEXTS. I WAS STRANDED. HE PROMISED THAT ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE BUT NVR RESPONDED TO HELP. HEINSLLY

HE FINALLY REPLIED AFTER MUCH EFFORTS AND BEING STRANDED ON HWY FOR 2 DAYS IN SNOW. HE SAID OH WELL (CURSE WORDS) ITS MY PROBLEM NOW. LOL.



I HAVE NO OTHER CHOICE BUT TO GET MY MONEY OR GET EVEN

New to Area and hit a deer. Carver came and got my car. First, he did not replace the buick emblem on the front of car and he was paid to do so. Then A/C didn't work because he failed to fill the coolant which was over a pound low. Then the first time I took the car on the interstate the plastic road guard under the engine compartment came loose and had to be repaired so I could get home. The plastic guard had not been installed properly and was missing fasteners.



I would not recommend this shop to anyone.
