We waited 1 hour for our food. Only a few people there. The waiter informed us the kitchen staff was new and did not have a clue what they were doing. Food was inedible. The manager wouldn't even come out and speak with us. Never again will I eat there. Telling everyone, stay away from Jeffersonville bearnos!

Visited there from out of town. The food was ok, the drinks were a decent price. The staff acted rushed even though the place was mostly empty. Paid with my credit card, and when the waitress Rebecca brought me the receipt it was for a different amount. I questioned the waitress and she said, "Oops I gave you the wrong receipt." She CLAIMED she got my table and another tables receipt mixed up but that I was charged the right amount. I ordered a kids bonelss wings, a salad, and 2 Coors in the can at $1.50 each. The total bill for the correct receipt she gave me was $17.63. Later when my bank statement showed the transaction, she charged my card $27.68!!! I have called the restaurant several times. The first time I left a message and got no return, the second time I spoke with a man when I requested a manager, and this man apologized and said that it happens a lot at their restaurant and I needed to speak to Kirk the owner so he can fix it. I left a message and never got a return call, I have left several messages and have never heard back. I hope the waitress enjoyed her $10 tip she stole for herself....at this point I am sure it was not an accident. Oh, and if the owner sees this my check number was 412810 Table 15 server 358 1:24PM 4-18-2015. I was charged for check number 412807. If you want this review removed call me back and give me back my money that was overcharged.
