PLEASE check what they bill you and what the insurance company says you are required to pay. My husband had surgery June 8 th we were told our portion was $120, we paid $50 the day of surgery and signed a promissory note for the remainder. Less than 30 days I get a bill for the remainder. I sent another $40 pymt. then received my summary from ins. company and my part should have been 29.95. Now I have been told 7 times in 2 months that the check would go out on Friday. WHAT FRIDAY??? Still waiting and once again told it will go out next Friday. My ins co had to call to get them to even acknowledge that I over paid. Said I signed a note promising to pay the balance of the $120..stupid billing dept. to say the least. Check your ins before you send them any money. Can't imagine how many others they have over charged.
